Appointment terms

What a booking is

ReAnxiety connects adults aged 18 or over in the UK and Ireland with therapists who offer online treatment for social anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia. Sending a request does not book anything. A therapist can ask you a question, offer you a first appointment or decline, and you can decline any offer. An appointment exists once you choose a therapist and a time and confirm it. It then appears in your workspace and your therapist’s.

Your first appointment

Your first appointment is by video. You talk through what matters to you and what you want to change, and your therapist explains how they would approach it. Assessment is part of that conversation, and you decide together whether to book more. Booking it does not commit you or your therapist to further sessions, and you can stop after any appointment.

Fees and changes

Sending a request is free, and no payment is taken when you book. Any fee and the session length are shown before you confirm an appointment. You can change or cancel a future appointment from its page, where the cancellation terms are shown. If your therapist has to cancel, a coordinator helps you find another time. After your first appointment your therapist can propose a treatment plan. It is used only once you agree it, and any change needs your agreement again. You book each further appointment separately.

Your therapist’s role

Your therapist decides whether their approach suits you and what your treatment involves, and you agree the goal, the approach and each next step together. A therapist can offer appointments only after Rephobia Limited has reviewed their professional details and approved them for anxiety. Your therapist keeps their own clinical records under the rules of their profession. ReAnxiety’s software supports the work you do together and makes no treatment decisions.

Not for emergencies

ReAnxiety is not an emergency service, and requests and emails are not watched around the clock. If you need help now, call 999 (112 in Ireland) or Samaritans free on 116 123. For urgent advice, call 111 in England, Scotland or Wales, or contact your GP or GP out-of-hours service in Northern Ireland or Ireland.

Who provides the service

The service is provided by Rephobia Limited, trading as ReAnxiety. Rephobia Limited is registered in Northern Ireland, company number NI715353, and its registered office is C/O Pacem Advisory, 3rd Floor, 2-10 East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NQ. Rephobia Limited runs this website, your account and the booking system. The therapists are independent professionals who decide on and provide your treatment. You can contact us at hello@reanxiety.com.

Changes to these terms

These terms are dated 1 November 2026 and are version 2026-11-01. If we change them, we show the new date and version on this page. You agree to the terms shown when you create your account, and the terms shown when you confirm a booking apply to that booking. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Return to your next step

Write a few sentences about what you want to be able to do. A therapist who works with anxiety reads it and, if they can help, offers a first online appointment.

Sending a request is free, and you hear back either way.
