Anxiety treatment,
built around you
Online treatment by video for social anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia, for adults in the UK and Ireland. A therapist reads your request before anything is booked.
Start with what you want to change
Free to ask, and you hear back either way

There’s more to you
than anxiety
A party you leave early, a shop you only visit when it is quiet, a trip you keep cancelling. Social anxiety, panic and agoraphobia can make everyday life feel smaller.
Asking for help can mean talking about things you usually keep to yourself. Finding a therapist who works with anxiety can mean a long wait, or contacting therapists one by one.
ReAnxiety starts with what you want to change. A therapist who works with anxiety reads your request first, and you agree each step before it happens.
If you mostly feel low or stressed, or you are not sure this is for you, see who ReAnxiety is for and other places to start.
The company behind ReAnxiety- Free to ask
- Sending a request costs nothing, and no payment is taken when you book. You see any fee and the session length before you confirm.
- You see who you will meet
- Your therapist’s name, profession and a short introduction are shown before you book, and you choose the time.
- Online by video
- Your request and any replies are in writing, so asking needs no phone call. Appointments are by video, for adults 18 or over across the UK and Ireland, from a private place you choose.
A first appointment.
You decide the next step.
At your first appointment you talk through what you find difficult, what you want to be able to do and how your therapist would approach it. If it suits you both, treatment can start in that session, and you decide together whether to book more.
Tell us what you want to change
Send a short request about what you want to be able to do. You choose what to share, and a therapist reads it before anything is booked.
Meet a therapist online
Your first appointment is by video. Your therapist explains how they would approach it, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Agree your treatment plan
Your therapist proposes a plan, and you agree it in your care workspace. Any change needs your agreement again.
Take it a step at a time
Your therapist adjusts the pace with you, and you can stop at any point.

Before your first step
Who it is for, cost, your therapist, what you share and help if you need it now.
Who is ReAnxiety for?
Adults aged 18 or over in the UK and Ireland living with social anxiety, panic attacks or agoraphobia. You do not need a diagnosis to ask. If you have not talked to a doctor about panic attacks, see your GP as well, so they can rule out a physical cause. If you worry about lots of different things most days, or you mostly feel low, your GP is a good first step. In England you can also refer yourself to NHS Talking Therapies (opens in a new tab), which is free and also helps with social anxiety, panic and agoraphobia. Elsewhere, your GP can tell you about local talking therapy. For a fear of one specific thing, such as heights or flying, Rephobia may suit you better.
What does it cost?
Sending a request is free, and no payment is taken when you book. Any fee and the session length are shown before you confirm an appointment. The cancellation terms are on the appointment page.
Who will I see?
A therapist who works with anxiety and takes appointments online. Rephobia Limited reviews each therapist's professional details and approves them for anxiety before any request reaches them. Before you book you see their name, profession and a short introduction, and you choose the time.
What do I need to write?
A few sentences about what you want to change are enough. You choose what to share, and you do not need a diagnosis. The form asks you to leave out names, contact details and detailed medical history, and to give your region, confirm you are 18 or over and say roughly when you are free.
What happens at the first appointment?
You talk through what you find difficult, what you want to be able to do and how your therapist would approach it. Assessment is part of that conversation, and your therapist checks that their approach is right for you. If it suits you both, treatment can start in the same session. You decide together whether to book more.
Will I be pushed too fast?
You and your therapist agree the goal, the approach and each next step. Treatment such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) often means facing situations you avoid, a step at a time. That can feel uncomfortable at first, and you agree each step before you try it. Your therapist adjusts the pace with you.
How will I hear back?
In your care workspace, either way. Replies wait there until you sign in, as we do not send email alerts yet. You see whether a therapist has replied, asked a question or offered an appointment, and you are told if no therapist can offer care. In that case you can ask a coordinator to help you look at other options.
What happens to what I write?
Your request summary goes to up to two therapists at a time, each approved for anxiety. A coordinator at Rephobia Limited sees it if you ask for help or it needs following up, for example when no therapist can take it on. Your contact details are kept separate from it, no clinical notes are kept in your workspace, and no information about you is sent to a generative AI model. It is stored on Rephobia Limited’s own server in the UK. Our privacy notice has the detail.
Can I stop if it is not right for me?
Yes. You can decline any offer, withdraw your request or stop after the first appointment. Booking the first appointment does not commit you or your therapist to more.
What kind of treatment is it?
Your therapist explains their approach at your first appointment, and you agree your plan together. For context, NICE guidelines for England and Wales recommend cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for adults with social anxiety disorder (CG159) and with panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia (CG113). That is general guidance and makes no claim about ReAnxiety.
When do I create an account?
After you have written and checked your request. You add your name and email, enter the six-digit code we email you, then send your request. Your account keeps replies, appointments and your treatment plan together.
What if I need help urgently?
ReAnxiety is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or need help now, call 999 (112 in Ireland). For urgent advice in England, Scotland or Wales, call 111. In Northern Ireland or Ireland, contact your GP or the GP out-of-hours service. In Northern Ireland you can also call Lifeline free at any time on 0808 808 8000. To talk to someone at any time, call Samaritans free on 116 123.
Tell a therapist what you want to change
Write a few sentences about what you want to be able to do. A therapist who works with anxiety reads it and, if they can help, offers a first online appointment.
Sending a request is free, and you hear back either way.
