Has your world got smaller than you'd like?

When busy places, travel or simply being far from home start to feel too much, life can shrink around the places that feel safe. This free check helps you see how much it's affecting you, and gives you a first ladder to work up.

Does any of this sound like you?

  • You go out mostly with someone you trust, or at quiet times
  • You do the big shop online so you can skip the supermarket
  • You know exactly how far you can go before you need to turn back

No pictures, just words. This is a free service.

What is agoraphobia?

Agoraphobia is a fear of being somewhere it feels hard to get away from or get help, like busy shops, public transport or being far from home. For some people it becomes a fear of leaving the house at all. It often grows after panic attacks.

People stay in for other reasons too, such as unwanted thoughts and rituals, or reminders of something that happened. ReOCD and RePTSD have free checks for those. Whatever the reason, step-by-step support helps many people start doing more again, at a pace they choose.
